SOGGY DIAPERS AND GRASS ALLERGIES
So- I totally forgot to pack swim trunks/ swim diapers for the boys last weekend when we went down to visit "Gwama and Gwampa Burton" and this is the result...
It's so flipping hot in St. George now that I can't, in good conscience, let the boys play outside fully dressed! It was slightly embarrassing but mostly adorable to watch them run around and scream to everyone within a 20 mile radius that "Mama lets us be NAKEY!!" The whole afternoon was quite the event.
The boys had a fabulous time running through the sprinklers in their diapers and they got some much needed sunshine on their lily white little bodies. Thaddy didn't like the sprinkler and stayed on my lap just squealing and watching his big brothers- but he enjoyed the sunshine and bare skin. Unfortunately, they all 3 suffer from grass allergies (thank you Danny) and had red splotchy cuts and scrapes and itchy skin for the next few days. Poor kids just can't catch a break.
I have since packed the Jeep with emergency swimwear/sunblock so no one in my parents neighborhood will be subjected to further soggy diaper sightings....

I dont think I'm going to send Ava to a pre-school in the fall since they still have 3 years before kindergarten. But, am hoping to do a joy school. Would you be interested?

Sounds so fun! I don't know where we stand on the trash-o-meter but at a public park, the boys started off fully dressed splashing in the major puddles on the field. Little by little Max got more and more "nakey." He ended up skin and diaper too. love you- jessica
